About Nomathhemba
I have more than 15 years in training and lecturing in different institutions in and outside South Africa. I hold a Diploma in Education- Business Studies, Higher National Diploma in Business Studies, BBA in finance and an Msc in Marketing. I have lectured in the following Subjects: Accounting and Finance, Marketing, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Commercial Law and Project Management.

My classes are mostly student centered, engaging students through question and answer methods, discussion and participatory methodology. Lessons usually structured:
1. Recap of the previous lesson
2. Introduction on what the lesson is going to be about(Set objectives) link it with what was previously covered.
3. Main lesson. Ensuring students give their own input from their own experiences, ask questions etc. Give the latest trends on what is learnt.
4. The end of the lesson will be a Summary of the main points covered.
5. Give them home work on what they should cover in preparation of the next lesson
6. Inform the students of the next lessons
