About Jerad
Jerad is currently working as a Big Four Consultant and holds a Business degree from Monash University, majoring in Finance and International Business Management. He also completed his Charted Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 1 Exam. As an ENFJ, he is passionate about helping others achieve their goals in these fields, which is why he has created this tutoring account. His aim is for students to derive maximum value from each lesson, achieve their objectives, and foster long-term relationships. Short-term classes are also welcome. The first lesson is complimentary for 30 minutes, during which we will develop a personalised lesson plan based on your goals, desired course duration, and preferred pace to ensure maximum value once formal classes begin.
For academic subjects, each session will begin with theory, followed by practice questions. I encourage students to attempt questions independently first, as this fosters critical thinking and independence—key skills for the professional world. After each attempt, feedback will be provided to improve problem-solving approaches.
For career coaching, I will first understand your career aspirations and provide tailored advice. Services include resume and cover letter editing, mock interviews, job opportunity searches, or general career growth discussions. Feel free to request any additional services, and we can discuss them further.
Finally, if there are areas for improvement in my lessons, please provide feedback so I can enhance future sessions to better meet your needs.
