The main thread in my career has been to support individuals to understand different topics, with a focus on business and people being the best version of themselves.
I feel it is important to have clear and open communication as it builds trust.

I like to work with individuals and see how they learn best and connect to what they need to achieve, working towards the grades they wish to achieve.
Typically I like to set 1 hour lesson, which includes some time to reflect on what had previously been covered and set actions for the future.
My qualifications include PTLLS (Level 3), ILM Lvl 2 in Leadership& Team Skills and Lvl 4 Diploma in Advice & Guidance. I am a Business Graduate.
I have worked with people of all ages with a focus on GCSEs and A-Levels
