About NIRJHAR
Hi! I’m Nirjhar, a Chemistry graduate from India. I’ve always been curious about learning new things, but what I enjoy even more is sharing what I learn with others.
For me, teaching is much more than finishing a syllabus or preparing for an exam. I love taking a topic that initially feels difficult and breaking it down into simple, understandable ideas. There’s something really satisfying about seeing that moment when a student suddenly understands something they were struggling with.
I want my classes to feel comfortable and friendly, where you can ask questions, make mistakes, and express your doubts without feeling judged. I believe that making mistakes is actually an important part of learning.
I also see teaching as a two-way journey. Every student has a different way of thinking and understanding things, and I genuinely enjoy discovering that. While I share my knowledge and experience with you, your questions and ideas also help me become a better teacher.
Of course, doing well in exams and getting good marks matters. But I want something beyond that. I want you to develop a genuine understanding of what you're learning and, most importantly, the confidence to solve problems on your own.
That’s why I love teaching. For me, knowledge becomes more valuable when you have someone to share it with.

My approach to teaching is slightly different.
I don't want you to simply memorize formulas, reactions, or steps and reproduce them in an exam. I want you to understand why something works and then learn how to apply. I follow simple procedure
