About Charles
I am a former Bilingual Resource & English Literature teacher at Menlo-Atherton High School and have taught students from many backgrounds for decades. I am a California Certified English Teacher with Great Books, SDAIE and IELTS training. I have studied four languages and am bilingual (Spanish and English). I have lived in South America for over a decade and am a dual national.
