About Jason

Hi, I’m Jason!
I’m a 24-year-old calisthenics enthusiast with over 4 years of experience in mastering bodyweight training. I’ve built a strong foundation in calisthenics and can perform advanced moves like muscle-ups, handstands, front levers, back levers, and more. My physique and skills are a testament to the effectiveness of my training methods.

At 19, I decided to transform my life by leaving behind an unhealthy, sedentary lifestyle. I know how intimidating it can feel to start a fitness journey, especially when you’re unsure where to begin. I was fortunate to have a friend who guided me, made workouts enjoyable, and helped me stay consistent. That support changed everything for me, and now I want to pay it forward by helping others.

In our first session, we'll spend some time getting to know each other and talking about what you want to achieve. I want to understand your fitness goals so I can create a plan that fits your needs perfectly. Whether you're looking to learn moves like muscle-ups, handstands, or levers, I'll guide you step by step.

I specialise in teaching calisthenics skills—from basic techniques to more advanced moves like front and back levers, handstand pushups, and working with gymnastic rings. I can also offer advice on nutrition, building muscle, and getting lean.

This session is also a chance for us to see if we’re the right fit. There’s no obligation to continue if it doesn’t feel right—my goal is to make fitness enjoyable, accessible, and effective for you. I genuinely love helping people grow, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Where and how:
Lessons take place at the outdoor gym in Finsbury Park—a great spot to enjoy fresh air while working toward your goals. I’ll provide all the equipment you need, so just bring yourself and a positive attitude.
