About Akbar
I am currently studying my Master of Philosophy in Criminology at the University of Cambridge. Prior to this, I have completed a Bachelor of Arts in English (first-class honours) at Queen Mary University of London; and a Master of Laws Conversion (Distinction) at BPP University. I am extremely passionate to share my knowledge and assist other students to achieve their desired grades and fulfil their academic potential.

I am ambitious to help you achieve the best possible grades by tailoring my approach to every student to understand how they can improve and stay motivated throughout the process. I have experience presenting study skills workshops to GCSE and A Level students in schools across the UK. I therefore understand how to engage and inspire students in a way which makes the content seem interesting and intelligible. Having achieved both an A* and Grade 9 in A Level and GCSE English Literature, respectively, I understand the techniques required to secure the highest marks.
I also offer personal statement support for both undergraduate and postgraduate applications to Oxbridge, Russell Group and other universities in the UK for all subjects. Further to this, I can provide essay writing and dissertation support for current university students. I am also able to assist law students with Tort, Criminal, Contract, Company, Trusts, Land, Administrative, and Constitutional law.
