About Fatma
Hi, I’m Fatma Elemary, a fresh grad physiotherapy student, masters student and a sports enthusiast. I’ve gained a lot of experience during my fitness journey from my own practice and research and looking forward to help you in your journey. ️
Here’s what i can help you with: strength training ( mainly calesthenics) using body weight exercises without the need for gym equipment as well as flexibility and mobility programs in addition to physiotherapy sessions for recovery or injury rehab if needed (females only)
