About Narender
I AM A B.SC GRADUATE OF 1991 AND I HAVE BEEN RUNNING A COACHING CENTRE IN DELHI FOR LAST 16 YEARS BY THE NAME OF ' FUTURE POINT COACHING CENTRE'ALTHOUGH I TEACH ALL THE SUBJECTS IN THE INSTITUTE BUT MY FAVOURITE SUBJECTS OF TEACHING ARE MATHS AND SCIENCE.

THE TEACHING METHOD MUST BE VARIED FROM ONE STUDENT TO ANOTHER, A TEACHER IN THE CLASS SHOULD CHOOSE SUCH A WAY OF TEACHING SO THAT WEAK STUDENTS COULD UNDERSTAND THE TOPIC LIKE OTHER, IF WEAK STUDENTS NEEDED EXTRA CLASS, IT IS TEACHER'S DUTY TO MAKE HIM UP TO THE MARK. IT IS TEACHER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO FIND OUT THE CAUSES OF WEAK PERFORMANCE OF STUDENTS. THE TEACHER SHOULD HAVE THE SOLUTION OF ALL THE PERSONAL PROBLEM OF STUDENTS THEY FACE IN STUDY. IF THERE ARE OTHER FACTORS LIKE MENTAL RETARDEDNESS THEN IT IS ALSO TEACHER WHO HAS TO COMMUNICATE STUDENTS PROBLEM TO THEIR PARENTS AND SUGGEST THEM HOW TO RESOLVE SUCH PROBLEM OF STUDENTS.
