About Kenzie
I have over five years of teaching experience at the university level in my field. I am finishing up a graduate degree in exercise science and working with students is one of my favorite parts about my education. I have taught many different classes revolving around sport, exercise, and nutrition and have given many invited seminars as well to teach these concepts to a range of communities. I look forward to working with you and helping you further your understanding of exercise, training, and sport!

I provide one-on-one tutoring on specific concepts within the realm of exercise physiology, training, and nutrition/hydration. I will tailor my approach to your needs, but I try to ensure that you have a good grasp on overall concepts before diving into tiny details (the tiny details are the most fun though!) I can teach any level, up through college and enjoy working with all ages.
