About Matthew

A little about myself. I am a Business Marketing Major graduate of Lakehead University and Confederation College. I have been a business owner and entrepreneur now for over 22 years. As a business owner I am what is known as a "jack of all trades". Especially however, I am a master of Sales and Presentation. I will love to teach you to speak with excitement and persuasion. Even to utilize tonality in your words. I have been blessed to travel the world from China & Hong Kong to all of Latin America and of course all throughout Canada USA and Mexico. I very much enjoy people of all cultures. Getting to know you will be my pleasure and I admire and share in your worldly ambitions.

About the lesson

I will enjoy connecting with and knowing my students. Getting to know you as individuals, understanding your desires and helping each of you to achieve your own special personal goals.

Not only do I look forward to going above and beyond to elevate your English conversationally, but I will relish the opportunity to share my expertise in business, sales, and presentation. I will love to show you how to speak with persuasion, enthusiasm, and excitement.

My intention is for you to speak in a way that will attract people to listen.

I've known Matthew for a couple decades now through my daughter. He's diligent, responsible, informed and quite pleasant with everyone he meets. We've cooperated on a few ventures in business together and trust him implicitly. I feel he'll be a great addition to the ESL world as well as education in general.

I worked with Matthew at an insurance company. He was always ethical and accurate in the information he shared. He could explain various complex aspects of insurance understandably.

Since Matthew has set his sights on teaching ESL, I see no reason he would not be successful at benefiting his students. I wholeheartedly recommend Matthew for an ESL teaching position.
