My focus is on building strong fundamentals, movement, rhythm, and body control while making the learning process enjoyable and accessible for everyone.

I teach Capoeira through movement, rhythm, and body control. My classes include basic movements, kicks, escapes, flow, and Capoeira music. Students will also learn coordination, strength, flexibility, and balance.
The classes are suitable for beginners and intermediate students. Each session focuses on technique, movement combinations, and understanding the game of Capoeira.
Classes are structured but relaxed, allowing students to progress at their own pace while improving fitness, mobility, and confidence
