I lean more toward the coaching-style of teaching, using effective description, demonstration, and illustration. A typical lesson will be based solely on the individual need of the student, and can include prepared Q&A, AMA (as me anything), physical and illustrative demonstration, screen-sharing, deep-dives, scientific study evidence, and more. With over 19 years of experience, my lessons can help anyone from the houseparent looking to create longevity in their lives through fitness, to the professional athlete who wants to learn more about flexibility and mobility to up their game!
