About Raunaq
My interest in psychology began in Classes 11 and 12, where a good teacher showed me how powerful clear and engaging teaching can be. Over time, this grew into a deeper curiosity about why people think and behave the way they do, along with a strong belief that mental health is as important as physical health.
I enjoy teaching because it allows me to simplify complex ideas and make them relatable. From helping friends to mentoring my own student, I have seen how the right explanation can make concepts truly click and improve performance.
My focus is on moving beyond rote learning by using real-life applications and creating a supportive, student-centric space. I aim to help students feel clear, confident, and genuinely interested in psychology while achieving strong results. In the long term, I aspire to become a professor in psychology.

My classes are one-on-one, 1–2 hours long (based on student’s retaining capacity), held 2–3 times a week (up to 4 if needed), ensuring focused attention and steady progress.
Each session begins with revisiting previous questions and clearing doubts, followed by in-depth reading of NCERT with clear highlighting of key concepts. I then break down topics through discussion and real-life examples so students truly understand and retain what they study. Homework and active questioning are a core part of the process to reinforce learning. I provide notes, worksheets, and assignments, while keeping NCERT as the primary base for boards.
For CUET UG, preparation is more structured and intensive, covering the full Class 11 and 12 syllabus with consistent practice of PYQs.
Regular weekly tests, sectional tests, and mocks are conducted, along with detailed feedback on answer writing, concept clarity, and scoring techniques. I actively track progress, identify weak areas, and guide improvement.
My approach is relatable, disciplined, and motivating, helping students build confidence and achieve strong academic results.

She's a wonderful teacher. She taught me Psychology in 11th and 12th. Her perspectives on theories didnt just help me understand them well, but also question and critically analyse them. She made me fall in love with the subject. She's very patient and takes references from multiple readings to give a 360° overview of whichever concept we're trying to grasp.
