About Clare

I have over ten years experience teaching in a variety of contexts in France (8 years), Spain (2 years) and in the UK (Oxford, Norwich, Canterbury, Dublin). I thoroughly enjoy facilitating the learning experience for every student whilst enthusiastically supporting and motivating them. I have worked for language schools and organisations such as Wall St Institute and BERLITZ. I have taught 1:1, small groups, groups of 18/23/30. I learnt French and Spanish to fluent level as a young adult and therefore have a valuable insight into the learning process, effective teaching/learning methods and potential difficulties. I'm passionate about learning and teaching languages and ensure that my students enjoy the lessons as much as I do.

About the lesson

I have over ten years experience teaching in the UK, France and Spain. I enjoy teaching beginners to advanced and all ages. I adapt method and resources to each student; their needs, priorities and interests. We can work with articles, cartoons, film clips, song lyrics and role-play to make each lesson practical, enjoyable and useful.
