I help you to get there because yoga is about body mind and spirit. Once you really realize that, you can utilize it on and away from your mat.

Try a complementary class and decide for yourself. I pay attention to posture to avoid injury. My focus is on building up straight in your body gradually. Consistency is the key. Breathing through out the practice and teaching you to avoid perfection in your practice is my goal. After all yoga is a "Practice" .
