I am a Ph.D in Indian studies, I love Yoga, Buddhism, and Indian Philosophy.
I have experience in teaching Yoga Nidra to cancer patients and to those with other health problems.
I am passionate about helping others and am happy to share my experience.

Yoga Nidra is practiced in a lay-down position (shavasana) and is therefore not physically demanding. It is particularly useful for those who are stressed or who have difficulty relaxing and sleeping.
Yoga Nidra is also very useful for helping you focus on your goals and priorities in life.
Lessons are held online, generally for one hour, which enables you to remain in your own environment.
