About Jessica
I knew I wanted to be a teacher from the age of 6. I had a teacher that inspired me, who is still a part of my life today. Teaching is a passion. I graduated from Rowan University in 2021 and have been teaching in a classroom setting ever since. I have taught Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grade. I have also been a reading support teacher for grades 2-8.
Outside of teaching, I grew up a theater kid! I love to sing, dance, and act. I am a huge fan of the creative and performing arts. Additionally, I am a huge bookworm! I spend a ton of my free time reading.
I live in NJ with my boyfriend and our cat, Simba!

I want to help your child to be as successful as possible. I begin relationships with families by discussing the parents goals for their child. From there, I will typically assess the child to see exactly where they are at. I will then discuss the results with the family to collaborate in regards to next steps. Then, the lessons will be built from the information collected and the relationship built. I am here for YOUR/your child's success. I want tutoring to be something every child enjoys. I tutor students solely online! I am able to use Google Meet or Zoom -- based on your preference. An initial 30 minute consultation session is FREE! After that, sessions are $50 per hour.
