About The Language
Hello! My name is Maria and I am an experienced English and Greek language teacher with a diverse background in both classroom and online instruction. I hold a bachelor’s degree in English language for education, which has allowed me to gain extensive knowledge when it comes to the methodology and structure of effective language learning.
I have taught Business English through Edua Group, working with employees from international companies such as DHL, Aricoma, and Raiffeisenbank. In these roles, I helped professionals improve their communication skills for meetings, presentations, emails, negotiations, and everyday workplace interactions.
I also worked at Master English School in Corfu, where I taught English to students of different ages and proficiency levels. This experience allowed me to develop a flexible teaching approach that adapts to the individual needs and goals of each learner.
In addition to my classroom experience, I have conducted a wide variety of online lessons with students from different countries and backgrounds. Teaching online has strengthened my ability to create engaging, interactive, and personalised lessons that help students build confidence and achieve measurable progress.
Having worked with both professionals and general language learners, I understand that every student learns differently. My goal is to create a supportive and motivating learning environment where students feel comfortable practising, making mistakes, and growing their language skills.
