About Harriet
I am a certified fitness instructor with an honours degree in cell biology. I have a variety of clients both online (worldwide) and in person. I understand the limitations of a busy lifestyle and work with individuals to help them achieve their fitness goals. As a trialist for Team GB Underwater Hockey, I know the commitment required to follow a training plan, and it is through this I have realised the importance of personalisation and adaptation of plans to the individual and their lifestyle.

I believe simple, sustainable methods are the best ones, and this is why I get my clients the results they want and why I am successful as a fitness instructor and coach. I provide high levels of support to clients and do not use a 'one size fits all' approach to coaching, I identify what coaching methods work for you and adapt my coaching to suit.

Initial consultation is FREE and can take place in person, over the phone or online.
Rates listed are for 1:1 training only.
Group 1:2 sessions are priced at £40/hour.
Monthly coaching with weekly/daily accountability check-ins is an affordable set price, get in touch to find out more.
