Hello! I am Aarti, a K11 Certified Fitness Coach with over 7 years of personal weightlifting and strength training experience. Having gone through a major leg surgery and successfully managing my own complete rehabilitation back to peak physical strength, I deeply understand anatomy, injury recovery, and body mechanics.
Fitness is my passion, and I specialize in strength training, muscle building, and customized 1-on-1 personal coaching.
