About Niswarya
I’m a personal trainer and bodybuilder with 7 years of consistent training, built on discipline and old-school fundamentals. As a former volleyball player, I bring athleticism, agility, and strong movement mechanics into my coaching. At the same time, I’m a full-time English teacher, which means I communicate clearly, coach with structure, and break down techniques in a way that actually makes sense. You’re getting the best of both worlds: intensity in training and clarity in guidance.
