About Sana
Welcome! As a dedicated practitioner of yoga, breathwork (pranayama), and mindfulness, I have spent years honing techniques that harmonize the mind and body.
I teach because I have seen firsthand how simple adjustments in breathing and movement can radically reduce stress, increase energy levels, and improve focus. Sharing these practices is my true passion.

My classes are designed to build a strong mind-body connection through an integrative mix of yoga postures, guided pranayama (breathwork), and mindfulness meditation. A standard 60-minute class begins with grounding breathwork and gentle warm-ups, transitions into a dynamic posture flow suited to your skill level, and concludes with deep relaxation and guided meditation.
