About Tuija
I am a 42 year old woman living in England and a certified nutrition coach and personal trainer. I have taken my courses at the Nordic Health Academy. I am really interested in holistic well-being and spend my free time at the gym or reading. I want to do my part to help reduce the number of common diseases and nutrition is at the heart of that.

I will guide you in making healthier nutritional choices. First, we will review your current eating habits and the factors that influence them. We will look at your health history and think about different ways to make healthier choices in your everyday life. Not diets, but long-term sustainable choices. Suitable for anyone who is ready to make changes with the goal of a more energetic and healthier life.
