About Emma
Joining the Health and Fitness industry was a no-brainer when I completed schooling for firefighting. I have been an athlete for as long as I can remember, speed skating, basketball, volleyball, track and field, ultimate frisbee, Hyrox and Triathlon. These sports teams helped form me into the person that I am today and during the firefighter academy I really developed my love for health and fitness and helping others develop goals and plans to help achieve those goals.
