About Vince
If you wish to understand me better, do study my IG: chowvinshen. I have 5 years of hands-on experience in the gym fitness industry. I’m a certified trainer under the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Although I believe that the most essential ingredient is my experience with the number of clients I train. Real-life application is different from book theory, and understanding clients will have common issues and obstacles outside of a textbook, and knowing how to solve them is essential. Additionally, if it helps, I do train myself frequently and apply what I learn on myself before teaching what I know works. I pride myself in obtaining results for myself to give confidence to my clients to follow in my footsteps. Let's start your fitness journey together! Beginners of all ages and levels are welcome.

I will cater the workout plan and meal plan advice based on the client's goal. Different goals require different approaches. I center my specialty on providing individualized fitness guidance, motivation, and education to help clients achieve their workout frequency, meal planning, sleep duration, and stress management. Here's an overview of my approach: Basic things I will help with and are essential to your results. #1 Workout technique - Importance of technique with weights to avoid injury. #2 Workout Frequency - To ensure the body is in constant stimulation for muscle growth or fat loss. #3 Meal planning - Planning the proper nutrition to help facilitate muscle growth or fat loss. #4 Schedule management - Often overlooked but is important to help the client to schedule when is the best time to eat and train based on their personal life schedule.
