About Wanda
My fitness journey started in 2017 I realized I was overweight always tired no energy I made excuses on why I didn't want to work out. I decided it was time to make a change without excuses I worked out 6 days a week and changed my eating habits and started to see my results. Everyone around me also noticed so I decided to get certified and started helping others sharing my story and sharing fitness and nutrition tips. It will not be easy but worth your health keep pushing and you will see results! We can do this together let me be part of your fitness journey let's do this!!
