About Lex
I was a student athlete that transitioned to getting educated to become a personal trainer because I enjoyed helping others and having more knowledge for myself. I have cultivated a beautiful environment for all my clients and have seen them grow into stronger and more confident versions of themselves. This has been 5 years of dedication to advocating for health and wellness and I hope to continue spreading that to others.

My main focus is to provide a comfortable space for my clients while we work towards the goals they have set for themselves— whether it is getting comfortable in the gym, training for a competition or event, wanting to look and feel good for a special occasion, or just a lifestyle change. I am here to create a proper program to reach those goals.
