About Juanita

A certified Pole Fitness Instructor with over 6 years experience.
In 2017, Juanita became the Founder of Soul Pole World running regular Pole Fitness Classes & Pole Parties at the Granville, South Kilburn, West London. Classes have been extremely popular with a growing clientele base. Juanita is now a freelance pole dancer & performer with a sultry, sensual & erotic style & also teaches 1-2-1 and group sessions online & in person. She is extremely passionate about teaching the foundations and techniques of Pole, encouraging her clients to find their own flow and creativity.
Juanita is also a Certified Liquid Motion Instructor and loves floorwork flow, being able to express herself through floorwork and sensual dance movement to evoke the Goddess within. Juanita is extremely passionate about helping women to reconnect with their bodies, to feel empowered & strong, improve confidence & body awareness all whilst having a fun time doing it all.

About the lesson

“I want to create a safe space for individuals to own their creative self expression and feel good about themselves. Pole dancing has so many amazing benefits from improving core & muscular strength, increased flexibility, improves posture and also increases self confidence and body awareness.
Pole is also a great all rounder for one’s physical, emotional, spiritual & mental health & well-being.
I want to give individuals the opportunity to enjoy the process of pole, to have fun, smile, learn, make friends, encourage each other and to challenge each individual to form a bond with the mind, body & soul.
My goal is to enable individuals to trust the process and connect to their authentic self through freedom of expression and self love.”
Sessions will always begin with warm up to get the blood pumping and your limbs ready for action! A cool down and sensual stretch will also take place at the end of each session.

Juanita is an amazing tutor. Fully experienced, certified, patient and multi-skilled. Prior to my first lesson, I was apprehensive to try pole as I felt quite heavy in weight and not sexy. Juanita helped me to take control of the pole, own my sexiness naturally, and most of all I learnt two new tricks only after one lesson. I had to return, it was a no brainer. She has a lot of patience and can easily accommodate dancers at different levels. I would most definitely recommend her services to ANY learner at any level. Absolutely Fantastic!
