About Teemoth
I’m an enthusiastic and certified padel coach dedicated to helping players master the fastest-growing racket sport across the UK. Having coached players ranging from total beginners to competitive match players, I focus on the core skills that define great padel: reading glass rebounds, mastering the bandeja and víbora, and developing sharp doubles communication. Whether you are transitioning from tennis or picking up a racket for the very first time in London, my sessions are energetic, highly practical, and tailored to your specific pace.

Personalised 1-on-1 & Pair Coaching: Focused training sessions covering wall-defence fundamentals, net volleys, tactical lobbing, overhead mechanics, and serve placement.
Doubles Matchplay & Positioning: Live-ball drills and game scenarios designed to improve partner synergy, court transitions, shot selection, and decision-making under pressure.
Flexible London Venues: Sessions arranged at premier indoor and outdoor padel venues across London (such as Padel Social Club, Rocks Lane Chiswick, Stratford Padel Club, Parkwood Padel, or National Tennis Centre).
All Skill Levels Welcome: Structured programmes for absolute beginners learning the rules and glass play, intermediate players building consistency, and advanced players competing in local tournaments.
