About Lisa (PhD)
I discovered the power of yoga during my second year of PhD, when I started experiencing upper back pain. Eventually, I met my teacher, Leon London, with whom I've been practising ever since. I did a 200-hour Ashtanga yoga teacher training in India, and a 100-hour Rocket Yoga teacher training with Leon London. I also regularly practice Dharma Yoga and incorporate aspects of this heart-opening practice into my Rocket sequence.

I teach Rocket Yoga, a dynamic and fast-paced flow of yoga which is suitable for beginners, as well as advanced practitioners. My classes are challenging and fun, with many arm balances and inversions to allow students to try something new without being too hard on themselves. If you are looking for a way to add more variety to your fitness routine or want to take your personal practice to the next level, contact me for private lessons.
