Hola! I’m Mercedes, your Spanish tutor. Though I was born in Venezuela, my heritage is deeply rooted in Spain—so you’ll get the best of both Latin American and European Spanish with me. I’ve lived in Italy, Brazil, and the UAE, which makes me fluent in Italian and Portuguese and gives me a unique perspective on the challenges of learning a new language.
My lessons are dynamic and student-centered: whether you want to chat about films, cook together with recipes in Spanish, or prepare for an exam, I’ll adapt everything to your needs. In my classes, grammar becomes simple, mistakes become opportunities, and Spanish feels alive. I believe learning a language means living its culture, so together we’ll explore idioms, traditions, and even regional expressions.
