I have the privilege of hiring Randy for our afterschool learning centre. Randy is very patient and caring with his students and he takes his time with each and every student he is assigned to even if it means he stays the extra fifteen minutes. His students find him very helpful and he makes sure that if the student is missing critical gaps in their learning he makes sure he reteaches that concept before going further. I would definitely recommend Randy as a teacher.
