About Lisa
I have a bachelor's degree in Japanese Studies and minored in TESOL (Teaching English to Students of Other Languages) and recently became certified in TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language). This past year, I worked as a kindergarten teaching assistant at a public school and our classroom included ESL students with very little English language skills. It was thrilling watching their confidence grow in the classroom and creating personalized lessons for them to build on their English language skills. I would be proud to use your child's interests to help practice English with them and assist them in the classroom and in casual conversation.
