About Gauthier
I am Gauthier, an LTA certified tennis coach based in East London, mainly coaching around Victoria Park and Bethnal Green. I have been passionate about tennis since childhood and played at a high level as a junior, which gave me a strong technical foundation and a deep understanding of the game.
Over time, I became interested not only in performance but also in how people learn, stay motivated and build confidence. This led me to develop my coaching approach by combining structured tennis training with insights from a Masters in psychology and a diploma in life coaching.
I enjoy working with both adults and children, from beginners to advanced players. My aim is to create a supportive and structured environment where players feel comfortable, motivated and able to progress at their own pace.

My approach combines structured tennis coaching with insights from psychology and experience on the court. I adapt each session to the player’s level and goals, focusing not only on technique but also on confidence, focus and enjoyment on court.
Lessons typically last 60 minutes and can aim at different objectives, whether you want to learn the basics, get back in shape or simply rediscover the pleasure of playing tennis in a supportive environment.

Perfect! Gauthier is a very thoughtful and patient teacher. He’s been keeping up with me at my pace and he makes the lessons fun, not just about learning the technical skills but also moving and playing a bit which makes it even more memorable. Totally recommend!
- Gaston is very engaged and open to learning, which is great especially at this stage. He picked up the basics well from the first session.Gauthier's response :

I had a great lesson with Gauthier, highly recommend! Gauthier created a super relaxed and supportive environment and really helped with my confidence in getting back on the court. Really liked the different techniques and tips he provided which immediately made a difference. Helps that he’s a lovely guy too who’s easy to get along with. Looking forward to carrying on my lessons with him :)
