A highly motivated yoga instructor who has worked with various age groups starting from age 12 up to age 75. I have curated several yoga programs from "Yoga For Kids" to "Yoga For Anxiety/depression". I also focus on the needs of each client and work with general fitness and overall fitness of each individual.
