About Ria
I am an Engineer and an MBA by academic qualification and a yoga instructor by passion. I give hatha yoga, pranayama and yoga nidra classes in specific. I also give strength training classes which specifically involve usage of resistance bands.

For yoga I would require the student to just have a mat , an open mind and of course themselves . My way of teaching yoga is focused equally on mind, body and the breath which helps in experiencing yoga not only on the mat but off the mat as well.
