About Rob
I have been a distance runner and Triathlete for over 20 years. I actually started practicing Yoga around 11 years ago to help me with some injuries that were caused by my lack of flexibility. I quickly realized how Yoga was helping me become stronger physically as well as mentally. Soon after I became certified to teach! I have been teaching Yoga for 9 years.
