About Amit
I'm a certified yoga teacher from Sri Sri School of Yoga, Bengaluru with over 20 years of yoga practice. I started practicing yoga and running as stress buster back in 2005. I can tell you with my experience that Yoga helped me sustaining in this Fast-Paced IT world and Slow-Moving Bengaluru traffic.
It helped me curing my back pain, shoulder pain, wrist pain, ankle pain and other body pain. Yoga will help you maintain/reduce body weight, tone muscles, increase O2 level, improve blood flow, keep all the internal organs healthy, and many more.
My body age is 37 years but my actual age is 45 years. This is the magic of daily Yoga practice.

Yoga is an art of living and everyone must learn this art. I have structured yoga class with simplicity and easy to do manner. The instructions are self-explanatory and easy to follow. Yoga is for everyone from 8 to 60 years. I will teach not only Asanas, but Pranayamas, Yognidra and Meditation also, so that it will give you complete package of relaxation, calmness, flexibility, endurance, strength and many more. Come join me, experience it and I am sure you will not leave it for the rest of your life.

Details
Yoga can't be done with an instructor. The instructions must be accurate and understandable. The posture must be corrected and explained in a way that student understands it. All the preparation takes time and energy, hence the price of the hourly class is 400/- which is reasonable from other online and offline instructors with the same capabilities. I hope I am detailed enough to explain the effort being put behind setting up this pricing.
