About Lydia
Hello, my name is Lydia and I am a certified Yoga instructor. I’ve been passionate about Yoga since 10 years now and tried many styles. I absolved my training in India in early 2019 and I like to do Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga, but enjoy many variations.

Yoga means Union and is not just about the body movement (the asanas) itself. Even though I personally focus a lot on moving and breathing, I like to consider the fact as well that there is meditation and a whole philosophy and lifestyle connected to that.
My goal is that people can connect to themselves and feel energized or relaxed after the class. We are body, spirit and mind.
