About Kareem
I've taught Martial Arts for over 30 years. My highest rank being a 4th degree in BJJ. I started with Karate then Kung Fu, Thai, JKD Boxing and shoot wrestling. When UFC came out it revolutionized our understanding of combat and allowed us to evolve beyond. I am Chan Buddhist Master and teach training is not somewhere you go , its all the time. I teach awareness to expand consciousness and theory to ultimately transcend technique

My name is Kareem El Sayed a Chan Master and Martial arts expert. My highest rank is a 4th degree Black Belt In BJJ under Wagney Fabiano but I am an expert in all forms of combat including weapons. I teach technique over brutality. I can make the class cerebral or physical but the best is a blend of both though I am happy to cater to the student needs. The most important thing is to have fun not just in training but in daily life. Ps My nickname is "lord Beerus" lol
