About João
Graduated from the Chemical Engineering course at the Federal University of Santa Maria, Camobi University Campus (UFSM) in 2018. Master in Chemical Engineering at the Federal University of Santa Maria under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Fernanda De Castilhos. He was awarded the title "Young Talent for Science" by the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES) in 2015. He participated for a year as a fellow at the Environmental Processes Laboratory (LAPAM) in the period 2015/2016, participating research project under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Guilherme Luiz Dotto. He participated for a year and six months at the Junior Enterprise of the Sanitary and Environmental Engineering course at the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM) - Renove Jr. - in the position of Marketing Advisor in the period between 2017/2018. He took optional courses in "Programming Applied to Chemical Engineering", "Steam Generation", "Advanced Chemical Reaction Engineering", "Computer Aided Process Simulation", Quality Control and Food Safety", "Fundamentals of Science and Engineering of Materials", "Planning, Design and Treatment of Solid Waste" and "Advanced Distillation Topics".

Hello, how are you? :)
- I have a bachelor's degree (UFSM) and a master's degree (UFSM) in Chemical Engineering and I'm currently working on my doctorate (also at UFSM!).
- I have more than three years of experience in the classroom in the subjects of Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics. I was a monitor of Calculus I, Statistics and Thermodynamics during graduation.
- With me, the student has complete freedom to select and send the theme and exercises they want to see during the class!
- I give full freedom to the student to record the class and, if desired, I also send notes made on the virtual whiteboard and my slides.
- I'm not one to complicate classes! I strive to make the classroom environment (face-to-face or virtual) a safe place for students to feel free to try, experiment with their knowledge, and learn.
- My schedules are flexible, always thinking about the best possible service.
