In my lessons, I like to explain a method/ topic in depth to build an understanding. I like to ask questions during this, to evaluate the students initial understanding of the topic. This is followed by questions/exam-style questions for the students to work out. I may use videos that I think explain a concept well, or have a presentation I've created, ready to use as a source of teaching material during the lesson. I often set homework to confirm that the student has learnt something from our previous lesson or whether they still need to work on that specific area.
I am a Chemistry student completing my 4th Year (Masters) at King's College London. I have had 3 years of experience in a school environment, teaching young children (4-11 years old) how to speak, read and write Chinese. I've also had 1 years of experience in one-to-one tutoring for Chemistry, Maths, Physics, and English language (GCSE/Primary).
If a lesson is cancelled within 24 hours of the lesson starting, the student will still be charged
