In my Chemistry lessons, we explore the fascinating world of organic compounds with a clear and structured approach. I’m a Chemistry tutor with over 5 years of experience and a Master’s degree in Environmental Chemistry. My teaching takes a holistic and interdisciplinary approach, especially in electroplating and surface finishing chemistry. I focus on connecting electrochemical deposition processes with material properties and real-world industrial applications.
In my lessons, we explore electrode kinetics, bath composition, and the role of additives in shaping coating quality. I emphasise how surface treatments can serve both protective and aesthetic purposes, linking theory to practical outcomes. I often work with students interested in materials engineering, applied chemistry, and manufacturing processes.
I guide learners to understand not just how reactions occur, but why they happen, encouraging critical thinking and problem-solving. We analyse material behaviour at both the molecular and application levels. My sessions combine structured explanations with interactive discussions, making complex concepts accessible.
I believe chemistry is a tool for transformation. It allows us to create surfaces that are durable, functional, and visually appealing.
