I have been teaching chess for nine years, working with learners from complete beginners to competitive players. We begin with opening mastery, where you’ll learn core principles like controlling the center, developing pieces efficiently, and preparing flexible plans. You’ll explore a range of openings suited to your style, ensuring you start every game with a clear, effective strategy.
The next stage focuses on tactical awareness and strategic depth. Through solving puzzles, reviewing classic games, and practicing calculated decision-making, you’ll strengthen your ability to spot opportunities, anticipate threats, and adapt your play based on your opponent’s moves.
Finally, we turn to endgame strategy, where precision matters most. You’ll study critical checkmating patterns, pawn breakthroughs, and theoretical positions, giving you the skills to convert small advantages into victories and defend difficult positions under time pressure with confidence.
