About Daniela
My yoga journey began in 2021 when I felt called to reconnect with my body and discover what it was capable of. What started as a physical practice gradually became a path of self-discovery, helping me connect with my inner rhythm, intuition, and heart.
Since then, I have completed a Hatha Yoga teacher training and have been sharing classes for the past two years. I love creating welcoming spaces where people can slow down, breathe, move, and reconnect with themselves.
