For me, dance has never been just an art form—it has been a way of healing, finding peace, and reconnecting with life. It has helped me through difficult times, given me confidence, and reminded me to live in the present. That's why I don't just want to teach choreography; I want to share the experience of what dance can do for the mind and soul.
