About Faizi
I'm a lifelong classical guitarist with a real passion for helping others develop their playing and confidence on the instrument.
I’ve studied with renowned classical guitarists including Graham Devine and Gilbert Biberian so I bring a strong foundation in technique, however I believe the most important thing is to learn by playing music you love. My focus is on giving you the tools to do this.
I have experience teaching children and young people and my approach is friendly, encouraging, and flexible to your goals. Whether you’re self-taught, picking things back up after a break, or looking to take your playing to the next level, I aim to make lessons enjoyable, structured, and personally rewarding.

I teach classical guitar and fingerstyle, with a focus on building strong fundamentals — like good technique, posture, and musicality. That said, I believe the most important thing is playing music you actually enjoy, so I’ll help you learn the pieces you love while guiding you through the techniques needed to play them confidently.
I’m happy to teach both children and adults, and I always adapt lessons to suit your pace and interests. Whether you're picking up a guitar for the first time or returning to it after a break, the focus is always on making music feel fun and rewarding from day one.
Lessons are available online or in person — either at my place or yours.
