About Ana
I am a dedicated Flute tutor with 12 years of teaching experience, teaching school students, college learners, and working professionals. I focus on helping students build technical skill, confidence, and a lifelong appreciation for music.
My teaching philosophy emphasises strong fundamentals, positive guidance, and consistent progress. I believe that every student can learn music with the right support, clear instruction, and practice.
In my lessons, students work on breathing control, tone quality, finger accuracy, rhythm training, and expressive performance. I also teach music theory, note reading, and performance techniques to develop complete musicianship.
One of my key achievements is mentoring students who have performed confidently in academic programmes, cultural events, and stage performances. Many students have built strong musical foundations and self-confidence.
My goal is to inspire students to enjoy flute learning and grow as skilled and confident musicians.

Communication is key; I encourage questions, discussion, and reflection to ensure active learning. Integrity guides my teaching—I provide honest guidance while motivating students to improve. Along with flute practice, I also teach music theory, rhythm, ear training, and performance strategies to give students a complete musical foundation.
