Hi, I’m Eric—a Blyth Centre-trained pianist and teacher—and my lessons (typically 45–60 minutes, with 30-minute starter sessions for younger pupils) blend thoughtful technical work with lively discussions, shared listening, and story-telling around each score, because I believe falling in love with the music is every bit as important as mastering the keys. Whether you’re seven and meeting middle C for the first time, a teenager chasing Grade 8, or an adult returning to Beethoven after years away, I’ll shape each session to your goals and pace, drawing on a decade’s experience guiding students to exam success, recital confidence, and—most of all—the joy of truly hearing what they play.
